Buying pre-foreclosures

At A.M. Realty Corp we work pre-foreclosure properties on a regular basis.   We canvas areas of interest to our real estate investors and prospective real estate buyers to identify properties in disrepair or lack of maintenance, or otherwise identifiable as likely targets for future foreclosure action.

We also maintain a database of properties in their early stages of foreclosure, and offer the owners of these properties assistance in attempting payment workout with their mortgagor, or assist them in loss mitigation arrangements when they are justified.  When we are not able to establish a relationship with the owner in these circumstances, we seek to match the property to our investors and prospective buyers as we follow the property through the foreclosure process.
