 Talk about lemons! Mortgage defaults,  Foreclosures, Mortgage lenders in trouble... what next?   Maybe opportunity.

There is a somber tone in most real estate and mortgage market conversations these days.  And with good reason, if all you do is follow the financial news.  

In our daily work at A.M. Realty, much of what we do is to look at the current real estate market, up close.  Our team of Realtors and their support staff do this in more than 8 South Florida Counties.  We produce more CMAs and Broker Price Opinions in a month, than most of our colleagues have an opportunity to complete in a decade.   With each of these assignments we are looking a tens, sometimes hundreds of real estate transactions.  This gives us a view at the market right from the front lines.  And we must admit that it isn't a pretty sight most of the times.  But not all segments of the market are the same, and even in areas where the market is decidedly down, we often glimpse at evidence that some folks are benefiting from the current trends.  Can you think of ways in which you could benefit from this market?   Better yet, do you have a good times story to share with us?
