We keep your best interest at heart.  That means that not everything that we do will be financially rewarding to us.  And that is OK.  Because most people appreciate our attitude, eventually, they'll choose to do business with us.

If you are a prospective buyer of real estate, that means that we may help you with the purchase of a for sale by owner property, even when we do not earn a commissin in that transaction.  If you are evaluating a properties for purchase, we can provide your first CMA for free.

If you are the owner of real estate, that means that we will help you estimate the value of your home, even if you don't list it with us. So call us and we will provide you with a CMA at no cost to you.

If you are facing foreclosure, that means we will help you review your options.  We will help you attempt a "workout" with your lender, seek refinancing, or find a standby final solution just in case your other alternatives don't yield the expected results. And most of these services we will provide free of charge. 

If you are an asset manager, we will provide you with your first BPO, CMA or inspection assignment report free of charge.  You will  see that we provide more valuable information than you expected on that assignment.  We sincerely hope that you will give us your toughest assignment, because no one will work it harder than us.  We would like to have your REO assignments as well, but unlike other agencies, you will find us eager to work BPO assignments regardless of future REO possibilities; and the likelyhood of future REO assignment on a property will never alter how we approach our BPO assignment.
